Since a lot of information can be added when a task is created or edited, losing all your changes because you inadvertently navigated away from the Edit Task Information page can be very frustrating. Therefore, AceProject detects most events where the user is navigating away from the Edit Task Information page when one or several fields have been updated. This is when you will get that “Detected Changes” pop-up window.
The pop-up window contains 3 options:
- Yes: Your changes will be saved (AceProject’s behavior will be the same as if you clicked on the Update or Save button).
- No: AceProject will take you to the page you are looking to navigate to.
- Cancel: You will remain on the Edit Task Information and will be able to resume modifications on the task.
