Can I assign a user to several projects, in one step?

Yes, it is possible to assign a user with the same project level rights to several projects, in a single step. This may be done as follows:

1. Open the user’s profile page (accessible through  Administration => Users > Users ).
2. Near the top of the main frame, click on the “Assigned Projects” tab.
3. In the subsequent page, click on the “Assign a New Project” button.
4. Select the project level rights.
5. Check the projects you wish to assign the user to with the rights specified in step 4.
6. Click on “Assign Projects” in the right pane.
