What happens if I change my package in the middle of a subscription cycle?
When you upgrade, downgrade or change from a monthly to an annual plan in the middle of a subscription cycle through our online credit card payment system, you are immediately charged for a full subscription period (a month or a full year) at the new package rate with a pro-rata credit of the previous subscription applied.
How may we obtain a formal invoice for our monthly or annual credit card subscription payments?
Whenever a payment goes through on your credit card, you will receive a transaction confirmation email. As of June 15th, 2016 all transactions are listed within the Administration > Account > Subscription page on the bottom right. Click on the invoice link for the transaction in question to download the invoice in a PDF format.
