The “Actual Average % Done” value is calculated as follows:
Actual Average % Done = Total Actual Hours on the project / Total Estimated Hours on the project
When viewing a project list page (for instance, the Home => My Assigned Projects ), the Total Actual Hours on the project are displayed in the “Actual Total Hours” column and the Total Estimated Hours on the project are displayed in the “Estimated Total Hours” column. If these columns are not shown, you may add them to the display using the Show/Hide Columns feature (see image below).
