All account administrators and Normal users  who are assigned to the project with the “Can Open Project” right are able to access all discussion forum topics on the project.

Administrators, Project Managers and the topic creator can click on the pencil icon when viewing the list of topics to make changes to the topic’s title and description.

No e-mail notification is sent out when a new topic is created. When a user replies to an existing topic, he/she may handpick the project assignees who will receive an e-mail notification with the content of the reply.
